Perhaps what is the most interesting about the camp is the transformation that teenagers go through when they’re put in leadership positions. Teenagers step up and take responsibility for the children in their cabins — leading them through their daily routines, developing age-appropriate games, and leading activities, sometimes even for the entire camp.
